Horbury Bridge itself. There has been a bridge here since at least 1460 and probably earlier but it has collapsed innumerable times. The present bridge was significantly rebuilt in 1993 courtesy of EU funding. There is a wonderful variety of hand stitches on this piece embroidered by Beryl Timlin.
